Acting as a subject matter expert for operational processes and systems, you'll drive initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance controls, and support business-wide adoption of best practice.\nYou will be responsible for ensuring operational processes are practical, scalable, well-documented, and aligned to the business's strategic objectives.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the subject matter expert for iO and ensure operational processes and procedures are practical, scalable, and aligned with agreed standards.\nManage and maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and operational settings, working closely with Technology and Data teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance efficiencies, and introduce automation solutions.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and operational controls.\nLead workshops with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, analyse processes, and drive change initiatives.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to senior management.\nWork collaboratively with Data teams to ensure CRM and document management processes operate effectively and consistently.\nPartner with regional teams to identify process inconsistencies and support the adoption of standardised operating practices.\nSupport integrations, acquisitions, onboarding activity, and wider business transformation initiatives.\nEnsure processes, controls, systems, and training programmes are successfully implemented and embedded within day-to-day operations\nAbout you\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience in operational excellence, business process improvement, continuous improvement, or change management roles.\nStrong process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.\nExperience identifying root causes, analysing operational issues, and implementing practical solutions.\nAbility to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong experience working with CRM systems, document management systems, operational workflows, and management information.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nAbility to work across multiple teams and functions to drive results.\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\nExperience operating within a regulated environment.\n3 years of continual service at Titan. \nDesirable Experience\nExperience within financial services, wealth management, employee benefits, or a regulated professional services environment.\nExposure to operational transformation, integration projects, or large-scale process change programmes.\nUnderstanding of workflow automation and operational technology
