In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that empowers our operating system to transform data into actionable insights. If you are passionate about data, have a strong technical skillset, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign and implement the integration of additional data solutions and pipelines\nDevelop and maintain AWS infrastructure related to data ingestion and processing\nOptimize data management and processing, both in terms of budget and performance\nWork with stakeholders to identify root causes of inaccurate data points and develop fixes\nDesign and implement Data Observability frameworks to monitor data health, schema drift, and pipeline performance, ensuring high reliability before data reaches downstream stakeholders.\nStandardize DataOps practices, including version control for data models, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline deployments.\nRequirements\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nSolid proven experience in a data engineering role\nStrong programming skills in Python\nProficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques\nKnowledge of data extraction and ETL frameworks, ETL pipeline orchestration (i.e. Airflow) and ETL cloud infrastructure (preferably on AWS)\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated services like S3, Redshift, Databricks, or Snowflake\nA DevOps mindset; used to having end-to-end responsibility in a project\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nFluent in English\nExperience with high-volume telemetry or clickstream data\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with API integration and data extraction methods \nExperience with SQLMesh for data transformation and modeling\nExpertise with Spark and Scala\nExperience working with Agile methodologies\nUnderstanding of data governance best practices\nBenefits\nReasons to apply:\nCentrally located office in the heart of Barcelona, with public transportation nearby\nCompetitive compensation\nPrivate health insurance\nFriendly, diverse, and international work environment\nOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast-growing CTV industry.\nChange the future of TV!
