With proactive client contacting to covert legacy clients to our ongoing service proposition.\nA focus on actively engaging with and reviewing existing clients to deliver\nour ongoing service proposition.\nTo provide holistic financial planning solution to private client across the full suite of financial planning solutions.\nAchieving revenue targets set by the business and regional manager.\nProactively drive for cross selling and referring business into other parts of the group.\nMaintain & nurture existing client relationships, identifying and fulfilling new advice needs where appropriate.\nGenerate new client enquiries and generates advice income from these.\nUndertake sales and marketing activity in line with local/regional/ national plans.\nProvide expert independent advice to designated clients in compliance with relevant regulations and Titan policies and values.\nMaintenance of ‘Fit and Proper’ status through continuous professional\ndevelopment, suitable development opportunities and maintenance of SPS.\nEvidence and maintain knowledge of company policies, processes and guidance.\nEnsure that client advice and reports are compliant with company processes and regulatory requirements.\nUse standard template documentation approved by the company\nEnsure technical knowledge and general industry knowledge is always maintained.\nDelivery of a positive client service experience to ensure appropriate client outcomes, client journey and client communication.\nSpeed of response/turnaround time in accordance with service standards set out in procedures and clients kept appropriately appraised.\nProcesses are executed in compliance with all regulations, as evidenced by file checks, observations, and client feedback.\nTo establish relationships with other business groups in the Titan group to achieve reciprocal business.\nDevelop and maintain good working relationships with external professional connections (ensuring appropriate agreements in place) to develop additional business opportunities.\nUse objectives to focus on key business areas.\nHighlight personal training needs to ensure a consistent level of service is offered to the business.\nEnsure reading and product knowledge is always up to date to maintain and develop quality of reports and research.\nPerform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.\nTo highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.\nTo carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.\nAdhere to consumer duty.\nRole Requirements\nExperience using Microsoft Word and Excel and Databases.\nCash Flow Modelling (preferable but not essential).\nExcellent standard of written and verbal communication.\nTechnical competence across all areas of financial planning.\nGood decision-making skills.\nAnalytical mind and excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines.\nAbility to coach and provide feedback.\nGood technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations.\nEssential -
