With ongoing process improvements, system enhancements and evolving ways of working, we're looking for someone who embraces change and enjoys being part of a growing and evolving business.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdviser & Client Support\nPrepare client review packs and valuation reports.\nEnsure client and policy information is accurate and up to date within back-office systems.\nGather and maintain information from product providers.\nUpdate client plans, contributions, withdrawals and transfer information.\nProduce client correspondence and reports as required.\nCreate and maintain accurate client records and documentation.\nSupport advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up activity.\nAdministration & New Business Processing\nProcess new business applications efficiently and accurately.\nLiaise regularly with product providers regarding client cases.\nMonitor outstanding requirements and proactively chase information.\nPrepare cases for submission and ensure all required documentation is complete.\nAssist with plan information validation and reconciliation activities.\nManage day-to-day client and provider enquiries via telephone and email.\nClient Service & Compliance\nDeliver a high standard of customer service at all times.\nEnsure agreed client service standards are met.\nMaintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.\nSupport Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty requirements.\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development.\nContribute ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.\nAbout you\nThis role requires previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment.
