The Marketing Specialist will contribute to the planning and execution of Title Nine’s retention marketing efforts (Email, SMS) that deliver against our business goals. They’ll be based out of our Emeryville, CA office Monday through Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Friday.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCreate and support email and SMS strategy, calendar and testing plans\n\nSupport the production and execution of retention marketing campaigns including maintaining Email/SMS calendar, setting up and managing due dates, confirming inventory, writing briefs, reviewing/approving creative and coding emails\n\nPartner with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative on campaigns that support the business and marketing goals\n\nBuild, deploy, maintain and optimize batch sends, resends, automations and journeys within the platform\n\nBuild, deploy and maintain automated transactional and triggered emails\n\nRun and report on A/B tests within channels and optimize based on learnings\n\nUpdate triggered/automated lifecycle triggers seasonally or as needed to support promotions\n\nReview reporting & analysis of campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience\n\n2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably digital marketing\n\nExperience working for a Retailer/eCommerce business a plus\n\nStrong MS Office/Google Docs skills\n\nExperience working with an ESP (Email Service Provider) and project management software a plus\n\nMaintain a high sense of urgency to drive daily and weekly retention initiatives, and implement last-minute changes as needed\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nFamiliarity with HTML coding\n\nOur Benefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\n\nUnlimited Paid Time Off plus 14 paid Holidays (including your birthday!)\n\n401(K) with employer match\n\nPaid Parental Leave policy\n\nThe Title Nine Product Knowledge program: where you’ll receive free T9 products for your first 12 months (to get you up to speed on our product line)\n\nA generous employee discount on Title Nine Products and other industry “Pro Deals”\n\nA Bike Bucks & Carpooling rewards program\n\nFree, onsite Weekday Workouts (or Gym Reimbursement for remote roles and our Retail Teams)\n\nAbout Us\nAt Title Nine, we are everyday athletes and fitness fanatics passionate about our brands and the impact that sports and the pursuit of fitness have on our lives and our customers.
