and\nProvide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management for a team supporting enterprise systems and platform engineering initiatives.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, or a related field, or a foreign equivalency; plus\nMinimum 10 years of experience in solutions architecture within manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated environments as a developer or any related occupation;\nMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems integration, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions;\nMinimum 7 years of experience with ERP systems Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform), and integration technologies;\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with MES, warehouse management systems, and inventory/traceability processes;\nMinimum 10 years of experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and contributing to technical direction;
