This role partners closely with program managers, software engineers, architects, data analysts, business analysts, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nThe ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing software or application development projects, understands Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and is comfortable leading cross-functional teams through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This position offers opportunities to lead increasingly complex technology initiatives while driving successful business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nPlan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise application, software development, and technology projects from initiation through deployment.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, scope, action-item logs, risk and issue registers, decision logs, and project documentation.\nTrack milestones, dependencies, deliverables, budgets (where applicable), and overall project health.\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and follow up on commitments.\nIdentify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies while communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.\nSoftware Development Team Collaboration\nPartner with developers, architects, data analysts, business analysts, and product owners to deliver application enhancements and new technology solutions.\nCoordinate activities across planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as appropriate.\nCoordinate software releases, implementation activities, and production readiness.\nBusiness Analysis & Delivery Support\nSupport requirements gathering, solution reviews, project planning, and process documentation.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation planning, and post-implementation follow-up.\nEnsure project deliverables align with business requirements, operational needs, and IT standards.\nContinuously improve project management processes, reporting, and documentation.\nProject Tools & Documentation\nMaintain project information using Freshservice (Freshworks), Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms.\nMaintain organized SharePoint project workspaces and documentation repositories.\nPromote documentation standards, version control, and information governance best practices.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3-5 years of experience managing technology projects with a focus on software development, enterprise applications, or systems integration.\nDemonstrated experience leading full-stack development teams or application development teams through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets (where applicable), and stakeholder communications.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project delivery environments.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering enterprise application, ERP, API, cloud, or systems integration projects.\nExperience using Freshservice (Freshworks), Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project and work management platforms.\nExperience coordinating software releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and process improvement initiatives.\nProject Management Professional (PMP)
