Maxx stores. Our Communications team is looking for a co-op with a background in graphic design that has demonstrated the ability to communicate graphically, orally, and in writing in a creative and correct manner with exceptional attention to detail. This role will support the Store Operations team through developing innovative and strategically driven concepts and translating them into finished creative content in both the in-store and digital channels.\nWhat this Co-op could look like based on potential Store Ops projects:\nPartner with key stakeholders to understand current objectives and strategies and look for opportunities to leverage digital communications channels\nCreate digital designs to streamline communication and enhance engagement on digital platforms (under direction of the Store Operations Improvement Manager)\nWhiteboard visual design in partnership with MMX Store Operations Communication Team to ensure messaging supports initiatives and is on brand for project rollouts\nCreate infographics to support training programs and communications for visual representation and streamlining retention\nSpecial projects as assigned\nWho we are looking for:\nPrevious co-op experience preferred but not required\nAdvanced skillset in graphic design\nExperience in video / video production and photography preferred but not required\nAbility to concept and design in a variety of styles across a variety of media with a concentration in digital\nEffective verbal and written communication\nStrong project management skills\nAbility to anticipate and think through impact of decisions and communications on intended audiences\nSelf-starters with exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments in a professional and confidential manner\nExcellent communicators who work well both individually and in a team environment\nStrong attention to detail, superior time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively\nWillingness to seek out feedback, and ability to incorporate feedback to enhance performance\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.\nThis position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour.
