You will contribute to the development of plans, design calculations, specifications, and construction details for steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation systems supporting commercial, industrial, municipal, educational, government, and utility facilities.\nIn addition to working closely with structural engineering professionals, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary environment alongside architects and mechanical, electrical, civil, and water/wastewater engineers to deliver integrated facility solutions. Projects may include industrial and manufacturing facilities, public works infrastructure, education facilities, municipal buildings, utility infrastructure, and other community-focused projects. You may also assist with construction administration responsibilities, including reviewing submittals, interpreting plans, observing construction progress, and helping verify that work aligns with project plans and specifications.\nHybrid Work Environment: Tuesday - Thursday in office | Monday & Friday work from home.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with a structural emphasis.\n\nUp to four years of progressive structural design experience.\n\nCertified Engineer-in-Training (EIT) upon completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (scheduled or completed).\n\nProficiency with RISA 3D or RAM Structural System, MathCAD, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD and Revit.\n\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.\n\nAbility to travel as needed (up to 10%) for team meetings, client consultations, site visits, and construction observations.\n\nStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments and project deadlines.\n\nAdvantageous Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.\n\nWorking knowledge of structural steel, masonry (CMU), wood, and cast-in-place concrete design.\n\nExperience using Revit Structure and BIM coordination workflows.\n\nPrior experience conducting structural condition assessments, building evaluations, or rehabilitation projects.\n\nInternship, co-op, or prior experience supporting building, industrial, municipal, or infrastructure
