Additional information about the exact location of our Riverside office will be available soon through a formal press release, so stay tuned!\nResponsibilities\nEstablish work plans and staffing for project phases\nCoordinate activities of engineers, technicians, and production staff\nPrepare reports, specifications, and communications\nCollaborate with Surface Transportation leadership to track prospective business opportunities and cross-sell multi-disciplined consulting services and contributing to the creation of annual business/market development plans\nConduct client and internal meetings, and reviews with governing agencies\nSupervise design and technical development\nEnsure project goals are met within time and budget constraints\nDeliver profitable projects efficiently\nPrepare design calculations and plans for a variety of highway design projects\nCollaborate within a multi-disciplinary environment of engineers, designers, and technicians\nMentor and contribute to the development of less experienced professionals on your team\nTravel may be required for client meetings\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation or highway design\nRegistered as a Professional Engineer in the State of California\nMinimum of 10 years of highway design and plan development or related transportation experience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience managing multi-disciplined projects; strong working knowledge of the project development process including coordination with other disciplines during design and construction\nPrevious business development experience demonstrated by a track record of securing new project opportunities\nStrong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills;
