TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Designer is a hands-on creative responsible for bringing On Location’s CORE properties-including UFC, WWE, NFL, NCAA, and other premier sports and entertainment brands-to life across a wide range of creative touchpoints.\nWorking under the direction of the Art Director and Senior Designers, this role will translate creative concepts and established visual systems into compelling, polished design across experiential, environmental, digital, marketing, sales, and content.\nThe Designer will develop a strong understanding of each rights holder’s brand guidelines and visual identity, ensuring every execution feels authentic to the property while meeting On Location’s standards for quality, craft, and consistency.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign & Visual Execution\nDesign and execute creative across marketing, digital, social, sales, experiential, environmental, and event-related touchpoints.\nTranslate established creative concepts and visual direction into polished, production-ready design.\nCreate layouts, presentations, campaign assets, environmental graphics, signage, digital assets, templates, and other branded materials.\nApply strong typography, composition, imagery, hierarchy, and attention to detail across all work.\nAdapt creative systems across multiple formats and channels while maintaining the strength of the original idea.\nBrand Stewardship\nDevelop a deep working knowledge of UFC, WWE, NFL, NCAA, and other CORE property brand guidelines.\nEnsure all creative work accurately reflects the visual identity and standards of each rights holder.\nUnderstand the nuances between properties and adapt design appropriately rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.\nHelp maintain and evolve visual systems, templates, and toolkits that support consistency and scalability.\nCreative Collaboration\nWork closely with the Art Director, Senior Designers, Creative Directors, copywriters, producers, and other creative team members.\nParticipate in concept development, design exploration, and creative reviews.\nTake direction and feedback and translate it into thoughtful, elevated creative solutions.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Production, and other teams to support business and creative objectives.\nCraft & Production\nPrepare accurate, organized, production-ready files across print, digital, and environmental applications.\nMaintain a high level of craft from initial design through final delivery.\nWork within established timelines while managing multiple projects and priorities.\nPartner with production teams and external vendors to ensure creative intent carries through final execution.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, agency, experiential, or event-driven businesses.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual storytelling, and integrated design across multiple channels.\nStrong understanding of brand systems and the ability to work effectively within established guidelines.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools.\nExperience designing across both digital and physical applications.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to craft.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to creative direction and feedback.\nCollaborative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.\nPassion for sports, entertainment, culture, and world-class creative work.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCreative is consistently polished, thoughtful, and on brand.\nEach CORE property maintains its own distinct visual identity.\nConcepts translate effectively across multiple channels and formats.\nBrand guidelines are understood and applied accurately.\nWork is delivered efficiently without sacrificing craft.\nThe Designer becomes a trusted, versatile creative contributor across the CORE portfolio.\n\nPer local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
