Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT infrastructure and endpoint
issues, managing systems and user environments, and coordinating with Network, System,
and Cybersecurity teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, Windows, and infrastructure issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, applications, drivers, Windows updates, and system
performance.
Manage Active Directory users, computers, Group Policy, authentication, and domain
issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
Manage IT hardware, assets, inventory, repairs, and replacements.
Support conference rooms, displays, audio/video systems, and meeting equipment.
Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
Support endpoint security, Kaspersky, Wazuh, and security monitoring activities.
Support VMware ESXi and virtual machine environments.
Perform device provisioning, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and asset records.
Handle escalated incidents and perform basic root-cause analysis.
Provide technical guidance to Junior IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk staff.
Coordinate with Network, Systems, Cybersecurity, and other IT teams for complex
issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
[3-5] years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. CCNA, Microsoft, Linux).
