You will be expected to identify them, write them up clearly, and learn how they get closed by shadowing every step.\nReporting structure\nDay-to-day: Senior Account Manager / Director of Sales\nFunctional: VP of Sales (commercial) / VP Professional Services (technical)\nWhat we're looking for\n1-3 years in a client-facing role: project coordination, junior PM, customer success associate, BDR/SDR, or post-sale support at a services or tech company\nStrong writing - clear, structured, no fluff.
