You will oversee weekly Upskill sessions, Tech Camps, English Language Training (ELT), custom training requests, and the company-wide annual training calendar.\nKey Responsibilities\n Friday Upskill Sessions: Align weekly with C-level leadership on topics, manage cross-team logistics (Marketing, NOC, Admin), facilitate sessions, and update LMS recordings/materials. Ensure to record and update data, attendance, and feedback to maintain an analytics chart for the senior management review anytime.\nTech Camps: Partner with Tech Stack Leads to prioritize technical topics, coordinate demos with SMEs, and schedule daily sessions.
