You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and supporting financial and supply chain modules, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that drive business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and maintain the overall functional architecture and configuration standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.\n\nConfigure and implement modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.\n\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.\n\nLead workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.\n\nOversee data migration, testing, and user training activities.\n\nProvide subject matter expertise during project delivery and post-go-live support.\n\nMentor and guide junior consultants and business users.\n\nEvaluate and introduce new features, best practices, and process improvements as needed.\n\nChampion process standardization, compliance, and clean configuration practices.\n\nRequirements\nMust-Have Qualifications\nStrong understanding of General Ledger: chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and fiscal calendars.\n\nHands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP): vendor setup, invoice processing, payment journals, and vendor settlements.\n\nProficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR): customer invoicing, collections, and payment matching.\n\nExperience with Cash and Bank Management: bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and fund transfers.\n\nExperience with Budgeting: configuring and managing budgets, forecasting, and control features.\n\nUnderstanding of Inventory Valuation: financial impact of inventory movements and stock valuation.\n\nKnowledge of Fixed Assets: asset creation, depreciation methods, and disposal processes.\n\nExpertise in implementing and optimizing core supply chain modules: Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Cost Management: costing methods, cost allocation, and freight cost tracking.\n\nAbility to configure and manage Revenue Recognition for logistics contracts.\n\nExperience with Project Accounting: managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and revenue recognition for logistics projects.\n\nFamiliarity with Transportation and Freight Costs: handling financial implications of shipping, transportation, and carrier contracts.\n\nExposure to Power Platform, integrations, and reporting tools within the D365 ecosystem.\n\nRequirements\nCertification MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant is a plus.\n\nStrong documentation, training, and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements.\n\nThis position offers the opportunity to shape financial operations and drive digital transformation for our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
