procurement-related issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.\nCoordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment of purchase requests.\nMaintain accurate procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and supporting documentation.\nSupport procurement planning, budgeting, and inventory optimization initiatives.\nRecommend process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree 16 years in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or equivalent\n4-5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the IT industry.\nStrong knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking equipment, software licensing, and technology procurement.\nEstablished relationships with IT market vendors and distributors, particularly in Lahore.\nProven experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and procurement planning.\nStrong understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements, and SOP implementation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement systems.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.\n Required Skills & Competencies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong negotiation and vendor management abilities.\nCreative problem-solving and resource-finding skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage urgent procurement requirements.\nStrong market research
