Lead And Deliver\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs\nIncorporate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, outline digital experiences screen by screen, working with cross functional teams.\nConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for refining and enhancing the user experience\nWork closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.\nContinuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements.\nManage and maintain our visual asset library, ensuring that all assets are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to cross-functional teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Ownership & Delivery\nLead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.\nDefine design direction, workflows, and priorities across projects.\nTranslate business goals and user needs into clear design strategies and execution plans.\nIdentify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them.\nAI & Modern Tools\nStrong hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini.\nAbility to use AI for: \nResearch synthesis and insights generation\nUX writing and content structuring\nRapid ideation and concept exploration\nWorkflow automation and documentation\n\nDesign Systems & Scalability\nLead the creation and evolution of design systems, including components, variants, and tokens.\nEnsure adoption and governance of design systems across multiple projects.\nCollaborate with developers to align design systems with front-end implementation.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary design point of contact for multiple projects.\nPresent and justify design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.\nManage structured design documentation using tools like Notionor Confluence.\nOversee developer handoff\nMentorship & Team Growth\nMentor junior and mid-level designers, providing regular feedback and guidance.\nConduct design reviews and help elevate overall team quality.\nContribute to internal processes, playbooks, and best practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor's in relevant field.\n4+ years of relevant
