Il travaillera en collaboration étroite avec le responsable technique de l'équipe.\nObjectif : participer à la conception et à la mise en place d'un socle technique IA modulaire, évolutif et industrialisable, permettant l'intégration de différents modèles, services et agents IA.\nProfil recherché\nCompétences techniques recherchées\nLLM & IA générative\n· Bonne maîtrise des modèles LLM, de leur intégration et de leur exploitation\n· Prompt engineering, fine-tuning et optimisation des modèles\n· Gestion du contexte, des tokens et des performances\nEmbeddings, RAG & bases vectorielles\n· Génération et exploitation des embeddings ; architectures RAG\n· Bases de données vectorielles ; chunking, recherche hybride et reranking\nAgents IA & orchestration\n· Architectures multi-agents, communication entre agents, Tool Calling et protocole MCP\nInfrastructure, DevOps & LLMOps\n· Docker, Kubernetes, idéalement OpenShift ; CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)\n· Monitoring, observabilité, optimisation CPU/GPU ; microservices et API REST\nDéveloppement & intégration\n· Très bonne maîtrise de Python ; services backend et API (FastAPI ou équivalent)\n· Bonne connaissance des environnements Linux ;
