You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable and have a desire to serve and assist others with genuine hospitality.\nBartender Responsibilities:\nWelcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.\nPreparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages\nActing as the community barista\nServing tables in the pub through lunch and dinner service\nPlanning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.\nSelecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.\nAdhering to all food safety and quality regulations.\nMaintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.\nBartender Requirements:\nOLCC and Food Handler Permit\nAdditional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.\nMeets state minimum age to serve alcohol.\nAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.\nPositive, engaging personality and professional appearance.\nBasic math and computer skills.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong task and time management abilities.\nEye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.\nMust be 21+\nWe offer a wide array of benefits for all team members of Touchmark.
