The front desk is the heartbeat of our community – it’s the place where residents and guests stop by to find out what is on the calendar of events for the day, to check on a package they’re expecting to receive, to have their dog taken for a walk or flowers watered, to let us know if they have a maintenance issue in their home, or just to lean on the counter and chit-chat about their day.\nOur NOC Front Desk/Resident Services Assistant will also assist with overnight emergencies, delivering newspapers and other needs the residents may have during the early morning hours.\nPosition & Educational Requirements:\nPossess a high school diploma or equivalent\nProficient with computers and Microsoft Office\nProfessional and polite phone etiquette\nOrganized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating\nOutgoing, warm, friendly personality\nHave a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\nA commitment to a high degree of confidentiality\nThe ability to multi-task\nAble to walk long distances, climb stairs and lift heavy objects\nPossess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy\nRespect the confidentiality of the community\nBe willing to work independently\nHave working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications as well as experience with equipment such as copiers and printers\nMaintain a professional appearance, a friendly attitude, and someone who can who can interact with composure in all experiences with team members, residents, and visitors.\nExcellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks in a high-traffic area with multiple interruptions\nBe experienced in providing security detail for our property\nHave excellent communication and
