We are currently seeking a wellness-obsessed individual to join our growing team as an Exercise Specialist for our Health and Fitness Club. \nAs an Exercise Specialist with Touchmark, you will enrich lives each day by assisting, monitoring, and instructing residents in the safe and effective use of equipment and weight machines in order to meet their personal fitness goals and needs. You will also conduct fitness consultations and assessments in order to help develop individualized fitness programs that ensure resident safety and follow each resident's care plan. Experience in personal training with seniors and promoting/selling training is necessary – you’ll be conducting club tours for potential members, residents, and guests, and explaining the benefits of membership, in order to build your client base.\n\nClub membership is open to Touchmark residents, as well as adults in the greater community aged 50 and over, and members enjoy a wide range of activities and classes that can positively affect age-related conditions and encourage lifelong health and wellness. All programs are tailored to individual levels of ability, skill, and personal fitness goals.
