An LLM sits in the loop on every workflow, and the work of the people around it shifts from clicking and typing toward writing specs and evals and deciding what good looks like.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability for teams across TLDR.\n\nBuild and deploy agents end to end, from design through implementation, evals, and rollout to internal users.\n\nWrite the evals and specs that define what good looks like, so workflow quality is measurable rather than anecdotal.\n\nPartner with our Applied AI PM on what to build, and make the smaller product calls independently.\n\nWork directly with stakeholders in sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops to find where an LLM belongs in their process.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEvery workflow at the company improves as model capabilities improve.\n\nTeams write specs and evals and define what good looks like, rather than executing manually, and their processes improve as models improve without anyone rebuilding them.\n\nWork becomes increasingly push vs pull, by default work is done by LLMs and humans are brought in as needed.\n\nAbout You\n5+ years experience including 2+ years building products and systems with LLMs, with at least one agent you took to production and still own.\n\nYou code fluently with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.\n\nYou write evals as part of building, not after.
