This position is responsible for planning and\ncoordinating construction project timelines, resources, and budgets for luxury\nreal estate and hospitality developments. Daily tasks include developing\ndetailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and updating\nstakeholders on risks, dependencies, and change requests. The role involves\ncollaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to\noptimize workflows, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with local\nregulations and quality standards.
