time.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).\nCreate and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).\nDefine and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.\nPerform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks.\nEstablish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.\nPerform resource planning, allocation, and resource leveling.\nAnalyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.\nCoordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.\nPrepare project reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive status reports.\nMonitor project KPIs and schedule performance metrics.\nMaintain project documentation, scheduling records, and change logs.\nSupport project risk assessments and change impact analysis.\nEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practices.\nParticipate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).\nExcellent understanding of Project Scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM).\nExperience managing: Task Dependencies\nPredecessors & Successors\nMilestones\nConstraints\nProject Baselines\n\nKnowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).\nResource Planning, Resource Allocation, and Resource Leveling.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Experience\nIntegrated project schedule development and maintenance.\nSchedule base-lining, progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule recovery planning.\nResource planning, capacity planning, and schedule optimization.\nProject risk management and change control.\nPreparing management reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in Project Scheduling, Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.\nProven experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and schedule management.\nExperience in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, EPC, Infrastructure, or similar
