We are seeking a creative and strategic Content and Communication Associate to join our Lagos team. In this role, you will own and execute a content strategy that reflects our firm’s brand, values, and expertise and deliver communications across multiple channels in line with our style guidelines. You will work closely with and report to the partners for approvals on strategy and execution. A background in law is a bonus, but proven experience in content strategy and multi-channel communications is essential. The ideal candidate will be a clear thinker who takes ownership, communicates effectively, identifies compelling stories and collaborates across departments to advance our business goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCampaign Management: Own the firm's campaigns end-to-end, from research and proposals to delivery, coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.\nContent Strategy & Execution: Own and drive a unified content plan that meets the firm's business goals while adapting to market needs.\nCommunications & Presentations: Manage the firm’s communications and presentations across digital and traditional channels to support its marketing and business development plans.\nCollaboration & Simplification: Manage relationships with internal teams, legal experts, and external agencies to turn complex legal ideas into clear, engaging content for multiple platforms.\nContent Creation & Management: Lead the production of various content types, articles, blogs, case studies, and more, while managing an editorial calendar for consistent, timely publishing.\nDigital Marketing & Optimisation: Partner with the digital team to optimise content across the firm’s website, platforms, and social media, using analytics to guide strategic improvements and SEO positioning.\nIndustry Insights & Strategic Support: Stay informed about legal and market trends to offer strategic insights that drive innovative content and support brand growth.\nInternal Communications: Curate and share relevant news and industry intelligence with the TLP team to support internal knowledge transfer \n\nSkills:\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms.\nMeticulous attention to detail \nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content plans.\nDemonstrated track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.\nExperience with SEO, digital analytics tools, and social media platforms.\nExcellent project management and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership to achieve results.\nAbility to design documents and presentations that align with the firm’s brand.\nAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.\nDesirable\nLegal acumen or experience working within the legal or professional services sectors.\nDemonstrated ability to localise content while maintaining a consistent global brand voice\n\nYears of Experience: 3 -
