This is a predominantly remote role with occasional office attendance in Bristol. This will be on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension, and will be paid on a competitive day rate via an Umbrella company.\nThe Role\nThe Contract Trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical training on the mortgage litigation process and conveyancing including customer contact. This role involves designing, coordinating, and delivering training sessions to ensure that all team members are proficient in the required processes and systems\nResponsibilities\nTraining Design and Delivery:\nDevelop and deliver technical training programmes on mortgage litigation (including Customer contact) and conveyancing processes.\nCreate training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, video demos, and eLearning modules.\nEnsure training content is up-to-date and aligned with current legal and regulatory requirements.\nCoordination of Training Sessions:\nSchedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring all relevant team members are informed and able to attend.\nMaintain records of training attendance and completion using the learning management system.\nSupport and Guidance:\nProvide ongoing support to team members with technical queries related to mortgage litigation and conveyancing.\nWork closely with the operations to publish helpful tips and reduce the volume of support calls.\nProject-Based Training:\nAssist in the production and delivery of project-based training, ensuring that all team\nmembers are equipped to handle new processes and systems.\nSkills and Experience\nTechnical Expertise:\nKnowledge of mortgage litigation and conveyancing processes.\nFamiliarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to mortgage enforcement.\nTraining Skills:\nProven experience in designing and delivering technical training programmes.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.\nCoordination and Organisation:\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions andmaintain accurate records.\nExperience in coordinating training schedules and ensuring timely delivery of training programmes.\nCommunication and Interpersonal Skills:\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.\nCreativity and Innovation:\nCreative approach to training, always looking for new ways to keep training fresh and engaging.\nAbility to develop innovative training materials and methods.\nYour qualifications:\nExperience of delivering Training in a classroom is essential for this role. Formal training qualifications are desirable (in particular CIPD, TAP and MOS) but we encourage applications from anyone who can demonstrate equivalent experience.\nApplication skills and experience:\nPrevious experience eLearning authoring, particularly using Adobe Captivate, would be an advantage.\nAdditionally, knowledge of the mortgage litigation or repossession conveyancing would be desirable.
