In this role, you will manage projects from concept through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction objectives. You will provide leadership on construction projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and play a critical role in driving project performance and business growth.\nResponsibilities\nServe as T&M’s onsite project representative, overseeing project and construction activities.\nManage project administration, including payment applications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.\nMaintain project documentation, including daily inspection reports, photographs, and monthly reports.\nLead and document project meetings, including design, progress, owner, and other coordination meetings.\nMonitor project schedules and budgets and communicate potential deviations to the Senior Project Manager.\nPrepare project cost estimates and evaluate project changes with support from senior-level estimators.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.\nCollaborate with internal and external designers, managers, client representatives, contractors, and other project stakeholders.\nAdhere to company safety standards and promote a strong culture of safety.\nTravel regularly to project sites throughout Central and Northern New Jersey.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience managing projects as an Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.\nExperience conducting technical reviews and quality assurance activities.\nStrong project planning, execution, and organizational skills.\nStrong understanding of project financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\nProven leadership and team management capabilities.\nExperience administering contracts and managing project documentation.\nExperience with New Jersey Municipal Contract Law preferred.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nEffective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nAbility to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.\nKnowledge of construction and project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.\nProficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management tools.\nT&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $110,000 - $140,000.
