Relevant internship experience can be substituted for experience.\nEngineer in Training certification is preferred with the goal to obtain a Professional Engineer’s License.\nExposure and some experience in GIS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.\nDetail oriented with a strong command of design principles and the ability to develop neat and accurate design calculations.\nAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.\nAbility to work with peers and senior management and be a team player.\nT&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $74,000-$80,000..
