Opportunities are available in various engineering disciplines such as civil, environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Additionally, internships are offered in planning, IT, human resources, marketing, and office services.\nThese internships are open to current undergraduate students from freshmen through juniors who are pursuing careers in fields related to our industry. Positions are available at various T&M office locations and typically run from late May through August.\nPlease note that in-person attendance at our office locations is required for this position. Specific schedules will be discussed and decided prior to your internship.\nIdeal candidates should meet the following criteria:\nEnrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.\nPrevious internship experience is advantageous.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.\nDemonstrates a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.\nFor engineering-specific internships:\nPursuing a degree in Engineering or a closely related field.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is preferred.\nT&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act.
