Our baristas provide all visitors with the highest levels of customer service. They maintain knowledge of common coffee drinks and prepare the Cafe coffee menu to specification standards. Baristas will take food and beverage orders, prepare orders , assist guests with retail items, and complete all transactions in a timely manner with warm hospitality.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guest. \nEnsure orders are prepared in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of all orders\nEnsure tables and store front are always in a clean and presentable manner\nInspect, plan and ensure that all materials, workspaces, and equipment are in complete readiness for service.\nAdhere to hotel requirements for guest/employee accidents or injuries and in emergency situations. \nMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all department policies/service procedures/standards. \nMaintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment ensure routine maintenance is in place.\nAnticipate guest needs, respond promptly to and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.\nMaintain positive guest relations at all times and train staff to engage and upsell products and services. \nResolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.\nEnforce all property opening and closing duties. Make adjustments to daily tasks and ensure communication with responsible staff. \nAdhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
