Implement corrective actions outlined in Field Change Notices as assigned\n· Update client relationship management (CRM) tool with appropriate case information to ensure timely and accurate reports\n· Prepare Service Advices and issue to clients and engineers as necessary\n· Write and/or review field reports, and issue to clients as requested\n· Acquire and maintain current safety qualifications appropriate to the assigned tasks and comply with Company and client safety requirements and good safety practices\n· Process warranty replacements, expediting when necessary\n· Investigate suggested field changes, report problems and recommend solutions to parent company as necessary\nGeneral Employee Accountabilities\n· Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager\n· Give manager best advice\n· Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified\n· Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager\n· Exemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment\n· Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws\n· Recommend viable improvements proactively\n· Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes\nRequirements\nAssociate degree with concentration on electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience \nKnowledge of power conversion and distribution transformers \nAbility to work in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain & snow \nDemonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts \nDemonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills \nDemonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility\nProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook\nPreferred Qualifications\n· 3 years’ field engineering experience with Utility Scale Solar PV Inverters, Variable frequency drives, power\ndistribution, power electronic and rotating machine products\n· Controls engineering experience\n· Low voltage drive engineering experience\n· Photovoltaic Inverter power generation experience\n· PPC and battery storage experience\nLink to TMEIC Corporation Americas website\nhttps://www.tmeic.com/.
