The successful candidate will help ensure that client funds and equity balances are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.\nResponsibility\nBookkeeping & General Ledger\nRecord and maintain cash books and trading transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nPrepare and maintain daily cashflow reconciliation reports and cash position summaries.\nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.\nPrepare and post journal entries.\nMaintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.\nEnsure all accounting documentation is properly maintained and readily available for audit purposes.\nFinancial Control & Compliance\nSupport external audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory obligations applicable to CFD and financial services businesses.\nIdentify process improvements to strengthen reconciliation controls and operational efficiency.\nCommunication & Collaboration:\nEffectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure requests and inquiries are attended to promptly and accurately.\nWork closely with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of team functions and deadlines.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related field.\n1-2 years of accounting-related experience.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin fluency is a plus but not required.\nExperience in AFSL, trading platforms, financial services, or fund management is an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nBenefits\n Celebrate your tenure with us!
