Our relentless commitment to research and development continually pushes the boundaries of liquidity and usability, giving you the tools you need to thrive in an ever-evolving financial landscape.\nAbout the Role\nJoin us as a Client Funding Operations Specialist and be at the heart of our global client funding operations.\nFrom deposits and withdrawals to transfers and reconciliations, you’ll help keep client transactions moving smoothly while taking on more complex funding cases, spotting potential issues and turning transaction data into meaningful insights.\nYou’ll also have the opportunity to go beyond daily operations-partnering with internal teams and payment providers to improve processes, enhance funding performance and support the testing and launch of new products and solutions.\nIf you have experience in financial services or the CFD industry and enjoy solving problems, digging into data and making things work better, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving global trading environment.\nResponsibilities\nDaily Funding Processing: Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.\nReconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements to ensure accuracy.\nReporting: Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, including funding summaries and account status updates.\nRisk Monitoring: Identify and escalate unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, or operational discrepancies.\nCase Handling: Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries promptly.\n Compliance Support: Follow regulatory requirements (ASIC, CySEC, FMA, etc.) and support AML/CTF checks for all transactions.\nData Analysis: Collect and analyze key statistics to improve efficiency and client service.\nChannel Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of funding channels and provide insights on performance optimization.\nIssue Management: Identify, analyze, and report abnormal funding situations or issues to relevant stakeholders.\nProduct Testing: Perform testing for new funding product launches and conduct regular maintenance tests to ensure system integrity.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.\nExperience in the CFD or financial services industry is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nBenefits\n Celebrate your tenure with us!
