In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the company’s compliance efforts across different regions, helping us stay aligned with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies as a licensed financial services provider.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate with local agents, corporate service providers, and regulatory authorities to manage corporate secretarial and compliance obligations in relevant jurisdictions.\nPrepare, review, and file statutory forms, resolutions, meeting minutes, and supporting corporate documentation.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, registers, and compliance documentation.\nMonitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents to regulators and authorities.\nLiaise with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Back Office, and Human Resources to collect relevant information and support operational compliance requirements.\nSupport the development, implementation, and enhancement of the company’s compliance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nAssist in the planning, design, and implementation of compliance projects and initiatives.\nProvide requested company documents and compliance information to internal and external stakeholders as required.\nSupport headquarters and management in maintaining governance standards and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.\nMay require occasional visits to service providers, regulators, or government offices.\nRequirements\nGood knowledge of financial services regulations, and corporate governance requirements.\nPrior experience in compliance, legal practice, or financial services industry is preferred.\nExcellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a cross-border and multicultural environment.\nAbility to work independently while
