Ideally, someone who has worked across different areas of a business and understands how to take a project from an initial brief through to final delivery.\nThe right person should be hands-on, organised and comfortable working with different teams, including marketing, designers, developers and external partners.\nResponsibility\nLead day-to-day execution of EU marketing and digital projects, from initial brief to final delivery.\nWork closely with designers, developers, content specialists and partnership managers, ux/ui desingers\nCoordinate and contribute to landing pages, website improvements, UX/UI, creative assets and digital marketing materials.\nSupport campaign production, brand consistency and marketing content across European markets.\nManage partner marketing requirements, expo materials and other time-sensitive commercial deliverables.\nIdentify opportunities for AI automation, process improvements and more efficient internal workflows.\nTranslate business and marketing requirements into clear tasks for creative and technical teams.\nTrack deadlines, approvals and project progress, ensuring work is completed without unnecessary delays.\nTake ownership of projects, solve problems independently and support hands-on execution when required.\nRequirements\nKey Requirements\nStrong background in digital marketing, creative production, brand development and digital projects.\nExperience managing projects from initial concept and briefing through to execution and delivery.\nGood understanding of websites, landing pages, UX/UI and digital products.\nAbility to coordinate designers, developers, content teams and marketing specialists.\nHands-on experience developing campaign assets, marketing materials and creative concepts.\nKnowledge of AI tools, automation and ways to improve internal workflows.\nStrong understanding of business priorities, commercial objectives and marketing requirements.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines without constant supervision.\nExperience working with different stakeholders and turning business requirements into practical deliverables.\nProactive, resourceful and comfortable getting involved directly when something needs to be done.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience working in a creative agency, digital business, technology company or similar environment.\nBackground in branding, UI/UX, website development or digital product delivery.\nExperience introducing AI tools and automation into daily operations.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Monday.com,
