We specialise in clearing and broking services, providing clients with access to more than 12,000 tradeable products, including Forex, CFDs, equities and bonds.\nTMGM is proud to partner with globally recognised sporting brands, including Chelsea Football Club and the Brooklyn Nets, supporting innovation and engagement across financial and sporting markets worldwide.\nAbout the Role\nTMGM is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Operations Technician to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.\nThe successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT service requests, and assist with user onboarding, access management and device configuration.\nWe are seeking a hands-on IT professional with a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to problem-solving, who can support our local team while working closely with our wider international IT function.\nInstall and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.\nMonitor and maintain computer systems and networks, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.\nProvide technical support across the company to ensure optimal operations.\nSet up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.\nTest and evaluate new technology to drive continuous improvement in IT support.\nEnsure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.\nProvide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.\nKeep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.\nOffer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.\nConduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.\nRequirements\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious hands-on experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.\nExcellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking fundamentals.\nExperience supporting Windows and macOS environments;
