This role demands deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and the Microsoft Power Platform, paired with strong skills in web technologies, API development, and systems design. You will lead the customization and optimization of our Dynamics 365 CRM, mentor team members, and collaborate with technical leadership to shape architectural rollouts, all while ensuring security, scalability, and performance across our interactive web platforms.\n Key Responsibilities\nRelying on extensive experience and judgment, this role offers substantial latitude for decision-making with minimal oversight, including:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development (5+ years of experience):\nCustomize and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with On Call International’s business requirements.\nIntegrate client APIs into Dynamics 365 using Azure Cloud services and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).\nDesign and develop plugins, workflows, and custom entities to enhance CRM functionality.\nBuild and maintain web applications tied to Dynamics 365 using C#, ASP.NET (Core and MVC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nWrite efficient SQL queries for reporting and data management within Dynamics 365 and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).\nMentorship\nMentor developers in daily tasks, promoting best practices and quality software design.\nAssist with enhancing development standards, peer review other developers code, and provide coaching as needed.\nCloud & Systems Architecture (1-3 years of experience):\nLeverage Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure SQL) to support Dynamics 365 deployments.\nCollaborate with the CIO and technical teams to plan architecture rollouts and process improvements.\nEnsure the availability, security, and scalability of CRM and web applications hosted in the cloud.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize resources for cost efficiency and performance.\nWeb Development & Integration\nEnhance front-end features for contest websites and portals using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nDevelop RESTful APIs and manage data exports between Dynamics 365 and third-party platforms.\nWork with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems and On Call International’s interactive products.\nPerformance Objectives\nFirst 30 Days:\nFamiliarize yourself with On Call International’s operations, IT systems, and Dynamics 365 CRM environment.\nGain a deep understanding of existing web applications and their integration points.\nMeet with senior developers and team members to align on goals and projects.\nFirst 90 Days:\nBegin customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and managing Azure-based infrastructure.\nImplement new CRM features and optimize performance for On Call International’s web platforms.\nMentor team members on development tasks and contribute to architecture planning.\nIntegrate Dynamics 365 with client platforms and optimize queries for analytics and updates.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.\nExperience\n5+ years developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Customer Service Module\nSales Module\nField Service Module\nMarketing/Commerce Module\n\n5+ years working with Azure Cloud technologies and Microsoft Power Platform.\n5+ years building websites, web APIs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.\nProficiency with relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.\nAdvanced knowledge of Git and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).\nMicrosoft PowerApps Platform certifications\nAzure experience or Azure Certification (Solutions Architect or Developer).\nWhy Work with Us?\nGrowth: Join a dynamic team within a well-established, global company.
