24 Months Commitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.

· Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company

· Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

· Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

· Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts

· Assist in Formulating all sales policies, practices and procedures

Eligibility:

· Vernacular Requirements: Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

· Computer Skills: Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations , Emails and worksheets

Years of relevant experience:

A minimum of seven years of related experience is required

Salary:

The annual CTC range starts at 7 lakhs per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.

Qualifications

· A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred
