Our teams work across strategy, design and delivery, helping clients turn complex ideas into real-world outcomes.\nAs a growing international consultancy with teams across Australia, Asia and the UK, we're looking for talented people who enjoy solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and making a genuine impact.\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For:\nSupport the design and implementation of supply chain technology solutions, with a particular focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)\nTranslate operational requirements into detailed system and functional requirements\nSupport WMS and WCS integration design across complex warehouse and distribution environments\nWork across system selection, detailed design, implementation, testing, commissioning and go-live activities\nManage technical workstreams and coordinate with clients, software vendors, integrators and automation providers\nDevelop process flows, system requirements, functional specifications and implementation plans\nSupport testing activities including test planning, UAT, issue resolution and system readiness\nWork alongside automation specialists on highly automated distribution centre solutions, including AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs and Goods-to-Person systems\nFacilitate workshops with operational, technical and project stakeholders to define requirements and resolve implementation challenges\nSupport project management activities including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking\nWork across TMX's broader supply chain projects, contributing from design through to implementation and delivery\nBuild strong client relationships and provide practical, technically grounded advice throughout project delivery\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience designing and implementing supply chain or warehouse technology solutions\nStrong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with an understanding of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and WMS/WCS integration\nHands-on experience supporting technology implementation projects within warehousing, distribution or supply chain environments\nA background in project management, systems implementation or business analysis\nExperience translating operational processes and business requirements into system and functional requirements\nStrong understanding of warehouse and distribution centre operations and processes\nKnowledge of warehouse automation technologies such as AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs and Goods-to-Person systems would be highly regarded\nExperience working with software vendors, system integrators, automation providers and client project teams\nStrong project management, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills\nAbility to work across both technical detail and broader project delivery, with a practical and hands-on approach\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nDelivery of high-quality supply chain systems design and implementation projects\nSuccessful translation of operational requirements into practical, effective technology solutions\nSmooth implementation and integration of WMS, WCS and related warehouse technologies\nStrong coordination across clients, vendors, integrators and technical teams throughout delivery\nProjects delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard\nStrong client relationships built through practical advice, technical capability and reliable delivery\nWhy TMX?\nAt TMX, you'll work with some of the world's leading organisations on complex projects that shape the future of supply chains, logistics infrastructure and industrial property.\nYou'll have the opportunity to:\nWork on high-impact projects from strategy through to deliveryPartner directly with leading global brands and major developers\nCollaborate with experienced consultants, project managers and technical specialists\nTake ownership early and build trusted client relationships\nDevelop your career within a growing international consultancy\n• Be part of a high-performing, entrepreneurial and supportive team\n\nTMX is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people from diverse backgrounds can thrive.
