We're growing our Australian team and looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who can turn complex data into clear insights, compelling visualisations, and better business decisions.\nThe role\nYou'll work alongside supply chain experts and clients on projects spanning DC design, automation design, supply chain strategy, network design, freight & logistics, inventory, and operational improvement.\nYou'll be responsible for:\nBuilding sophisticated Power BI dashboards and analytical models that influence business decisions.\nAnalysing design requirements for distribution centres and automation.\nAnalysing complex supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.\nSupporting supply chain modelling, scenario analysis, and the development of commercially compelling recommendations.\nPreparing clear, engaging client presentations and reports.\nCollaborating with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.\nImproving TMX's analytical tools, reporting, and data-driven methodologies.\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business intelligence, or data analytics. This is not a graduate or entry-level role.\nStrong, demonstrable Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query and analytical modelling.\nExperience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable business recommendations.\nStrong commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nA proactive, curious approach and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.\nYou'll stand out if you have: Supply chain consulting experience, SQL or Python skills, or experience in DCs, DC automation, network design, logistics, inventory optimisation, or supply chain modelling.\nWhy TMX?\nJoin a growing, global consultancy where your analysis can directly influence how organisations design and operate their supply chains.
