coordinating awareness initiatives and reinforcing compliance culture within the department.\nSupport adherence to HSE policies by monitoring compliance, preparing governance reports, and escalating issues for review.\nCompile data and prepare governance dashboards and KPI reports for the Regulatory Department.\nAssist the Transformation Management Office - ERP 1 only\nAssist in advising, reviewing and providing inputs on legislations and regulations, including providing input to the regulators and ministry\nAssist in addressing regulatory issues relating to energy procurement and power industry\nMaintain corporate governance in the absence of the Company Secretary \nAct as the Compliance Officer of SB (alternate)\nKPIs\nTimely delivery of compliance submissions and risk reports.\nAccuracy of governance documentation and registers.\nClosure of corrective actions within agreed timelines.\nCompletion of integrity and HSE activities as assigned.\nEnd Products\nCompliance
