Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across time zones, working asynchronously when needed, and supporting platforms used by a global customer base.Responsibilities\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, implementation, and support for infrastructure as codeusing tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.\nPlan, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure aligned to business objectives, performance, security, and availability requirements.\nWork with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal cloud based solutions (Design, Build, Deploy)\nMaintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure\nProvide environmental analysis and recommend performant solutions\nContinuous improvement of service delivery to internal and external customers\nEvangelize process automation where at all possible\nCreate, maintain, and improve documentation for processes, architecture, or other infrastructure elements\nQualifications\nQualifications:\n5+ years’ experience managing Linux/Unix systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu preferred)\n3+ years’ experience managing AWS infrastructure\nAdvanced knowledge of AWS native tooling and architecture\nExperience deploying cloud native networks and interconnecting with on-prem networks\nStrong understanding of cloud networking and security\nGranular experience deploying cloud native solutions\nSkilled in development of least privilege IAM policies\nExperience developing and applying cloud resource tags\nExperience using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)\nStrong scripting or coding experience\nDemonstrated skills in decision making/judgement and initiative\nHigh integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude\nTeam player with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills\nOptional Desired Qualifications\nAWS certification\nGlobal infrastructure support experience preferred\nRed Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu preferred\nExposure to other facets of IT helpful\nKnowledge of PCI/SOC1/SOC2 requirements and controls helpful\nEducation and Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required\nITIL certification preferred\nIf you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!\nTNS is an equal opportunity employer.
