The emphasis is on structured, timely delivery of high-quality technology outcomes that meet or exceed company standards.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and the .NET/.NET Core platform.\nBuild and enhance APIs and services using ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC).\nPrepare and maintain documentation of applications and systems.\nMaintain and continuously improve code quality and optimize application performance, collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to support efficient and effective testing.\nContribute to architectural design discussions and influence system design decisions to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability.\nLead the end-to-end software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment).\nMentor and guide team members and review code to ensure adherence to best practices.\nCollaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner.\nDeliver outcomes that minimize operational impact and improve the stability of enterprise applications.\nEnsure applications meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.\nPromote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including automation and AI-assisted development tools.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong proficiency in C# and the .NET / .NET Core ecosystem.\nAdvanced experience with ASP.NET Core, including Web API and MVC frameworks.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture within an AWS cloud environment.\nExperience with relational databases (SQL Server) and event-driven messaging platforms including Amazon SQS and EventBridge.\nExperience with build and dependency tools such as MSBuild and NuGet.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices.\nExposure to automation and AI development workflows, including modern coding assistants and tooling.\nExperience Requirements:\nComputer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6-7 years of professional software development experience.\nProven experience building scalable, distributed systems.\nExperience in payments or parking industry will be highly desirable.\nQualifications\nOptional Desired Qualities:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExperience in performance tuning and optimization.\nFamiliarity with test-driven development (TDD), using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit or Selenium.\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of deliverables.\nExperience in preparing and maintaining application and system documentation.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nIf you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!\nTNS is an equal opportunity employer.
