This role is focused on the management of Linux-based telecommunication services, ensuring reliable delivery and performance of high-availability platforms. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy and integrate Linux-based platforms supporting telecommunications services across distributed environments\nValidate end-to-end system functionality across lab, UAT, and production environments\nAnalyze system performance, resource utilization, and service behavior\nPerform log analysis and debugging to isolate service and network issues\nMonitor and troubleshoot IP traffic flows, including SIP/RTP signaling paths\nInvestigate traffic anomalies, session handling issues, and load distribution behavior\nAssist in capacity planning and performance tuning across network and application layers\nDiagnose and resolve complex issues spanning application, system, and network layers\nProvide escalation support for production-impacting events\nCollaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent problem recurrence\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of experience in system integration, Linux administration, or telecom service engineering\nStrong Linux skills (system administration, troubleshooting, command line tools)\nStrong understanding of IP networking\nExperience troubleshooting across application, system, and network layers\nFamiliarity with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)\nUnderstanding of high availability and distributed system environments\nAdditional Requirements\nStrong English speaking and writings kills\nEffective communication across technical and non-technical teams\nParticipation in rotational on-call support required\nScripting experience preferred (Bash, Python)\nExperience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred\nWhat We Provide:\nCompetitive compensation package\nComprehensive medical insurance coverage\nTransportation allowance\nStudy assistance allowance to support professional development\nFree on-site gym facilities\nMonthly wellness activities\nModern, spacious, and comfortable working environment\nQualifications\nIf you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!\nTNS is an equal opportunity employer.
