This position plays a critical role in quality control, technician coaching, and operational excellence.\nWhy Join Our Team?\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nDisability and Life Insurance\n401(k) with Company Match\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nPaid Holidays\nOngoing Training and Professional Development\nCareer Growth Opportunities\nSupportive Team Environment\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and support HVAC installation technicians and helpers in the field.\nConduct routine job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable code requirements.\nPerform installation quality control inspections and identify opportunities for improvement in workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nTroubleshoot and assist with resolving installation, startup, and system performance issues.\nProvide ongoing coaching, training, and technical support to installation team members.\nMonitor installation performance metrics, callbacks, and warranty concerns, implementing corrective actions where needed.\nPartner with dispatch, warehouse, service, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.\nAssist in planning and coordinating installation schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.\nFollow up on customer concerns, escalations, and post-installation issues to ensure timely resolution.\nPromote and enforce company safety policies and procedures through job site inspections, training, and daily field engagement.\nMentor technicians and help develop future leaders within the organization.\nEnsure all installations reflect Thompson & Thompson Service Group's commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service excellence.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention of HVAC installation team members.\nRequired Education and Experience\nMinimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience.\nPrevious leadership, lead installer, or field supervisory experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, startup procedures, system troubleshooting, and quality control standards.\nAbility to train, mentor, and develop technicians.\nWorking knowledge of local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer installation guidelines.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds when necessary.\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nAbility to pass a criminal background check.\nCompensation\n$80,000 -
