You will play a key role in driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring engineering excellence across projects.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nEnterprise & Solution Architecture : \n\n- Design and deliver large-scale, high-volume distributed systems.\n\n- Architect systems capable of processing massive datasets (100+ Cr records or equivalent scale).\n\n- Define scalable, high-performance, and cost-effective architecture solutions.\n\n- Design microservices-based, event-driven, and asynchronous systems.\n\n- Ensure best practices in API design (REST/GraphQL), system integration, and distributed computing.\n\n- Drive performance optimization and system scalability.\n\nData & Integration Architecture : \n\n- Design and implement real-time and batch data processing pipelines (ETL/ELT).\n\n- Architect data-intensive applications using Python, PySpark, and Amazon Redshift.\n\n- Optimize database performance including MongoDB schema design, indexing, and sharding.\n\n- Implement high-throughput messaging and streaming solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ).\n\nCloud & DevOps Enablement : \n\n- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.\n\n- Define and implement cost-optimized cloud architecture strategies.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes orchestration.\n\n- Drive adoption of infrastructure as code and deployment automation.\n\nGenerative AI & Innovation : \n\n- Implement Gen AI-based solutions for automation and engineering productivity.\n\n- Leverage LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for code generation, testing, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Design AI integration patterns including RAG architectures.\n\n- Apply prompt engineering techniques for enterprise use cases.\n\nLeadership & Delivery Excellence : \n\n- Lead large engineering teams and provide architectural direction.\n\n- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.\n\n- Ensure engineering best practices and quality standards across teams.\n\n- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern technologies.\n\nWhat You Need : \n\nExperience & Background : \n\n- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in architect/senior leadership roles.\n\n- Proven track record of building and delivering large-scale distributed systems.\n\n- Experience handling high-volume data systems and performance-critical applications.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\nCore Technologies : \n\n- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, microservices, async processing).\n\n- Strong experience with Angular for enterprise frontend architecture.\n\n- Deep expertise in MongoDB (schema design, performance tuning, sharding).\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Amazon Redshift.\n\nArchitecture & Integration : \n\n- Strong experience in event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).\n\n- Expertise in real-time and batch processing systems.\n\n- Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API design.\n\n- Experience with high-volume data processing and performance tuning.\n\nCloud & DevOps : \n\n- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, MSK, etc.).\n\n- Good understanding of Azure cloud platform.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.\n\nGenerative AI : \n\n- Hands-on experience with Gen AI agent-based development.\n\n- Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for development acceleration.\n\n- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in SDLC.\n\n- Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG architectures.\n\nMindset & Soft Skills : \n\n- Ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability.\n\n- Strong problem-solving ability in complex and ambiguous environments.\n\n- Progressive mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.\n\n- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Collaborative leadership style with strong mentoring capabilities.\n\nAbout TO THE NEW : \n\n- TO THE NEW is a digital technology services company providing innovative product engineering solutions to diverse industries across the globe.
