The role ensures product availability, operational efficiency, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupply Chain Planning\n Lead demand and supply planning processes to align sales forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacity.\n Review and approve production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory requirements, and operational capacity.\n Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and business continuity.\n Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvement actions to support business objectives.\nInventory Management\n Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.\n Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete stock.\n Review and approve RM/PK requests to support smooth production operations.\n Review and approve FG requests to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.\n Analyze inventory trends and optimize inventory turnover and working capital.\nLogistics, Warehousing & Distribution\n Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.\n Develop and improve warehouse processes, storage utilization, and material handling practices.\n Lead warehouse layout planning and capacity improvement projects.\n Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle count programs.\n Monitor logistics performance and implement cost-effective distribution solutions.\nCustoms Clearance & Regulatory Compliance\n Oversee import and export operations, including customs clearance activities and shipping documentation.\n Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments.\n Ensure compliance with Cambodian customs regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.\n Monitor customs clearance lead times and resolve operational issues to avoid delivery delays.\nProcess Improvement & KPI Management\n Design and implement standardized workflows and operating procedures across the supply chain function.\n Establish and monitor KPIs related to planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and customs operations.\n Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service performance.\n Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.\nLeadership & Team Development\n Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.\n Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.\n Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members.\nSafety & Compliance\n Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.\n Promote a strong safety culture across warehouse and logistics operations.\n Support internal and external audits as required.\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\n Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and customs clearance.\n Experience in import/export operations and customs procedures in Cambodia.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.\n Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n Good command of English.
