You’ll be a part of the Marketing Operations AI Team, with a dotted line to Web & eCommerce, and work with Web Platform, CRO, PMM, SEO, Legal and Brand.\nA day in the life (Responsibilities)\n\nIn your first 6 months: you’ll measurably cut web production cycle time and lift visit-to-opportunity conversion through AI-powered site experiences.\n Web production responsibilities \nMap the page and copy the production process, including the SEO, PMM, Legal and Brand checkpoints, and build AI workflows that cut cycle time and rework.\nStandardize requirements intake with templates, intake agents and automated briefs.\nBuild efficiencies in Contentful, its plug-ins and connected tools with Web Platform engineering.\nFind and fix bottlenecks in the web scrum process, from prioritization through deployment.\nWebsite experience responsibilities\nAssist in building AI-powered experiences that improve visit-to-opportunity conversion.\nBuild first-party AI tools for use on the Web, including prompts and evals.\nConfigure and improve third-party tools: on-site chat, data enrichment, voice AI and personalization.\nSet guardrails for AI on the public website with Legal, Brand and Privacy.\nDefine success metrics, run experiments to prove impact, and monitor live tools.\nScale responsibilities\nBuild reusable systems, and document playbooks so teams can run tools on their own.\nShare what works beyond the Web through demos, training and office hours, and help shape marketing’s AI standards and tools.\nAdvise on build vs. buy decisions.\nWhat you'll need to thrive (Requirements)\n5+ years in web operations, web production, CRO/growth, marketing technology or solutions engineering, with recent hands-on AI building.\nShipped AI agents or automated workflows that teams use every day.\nExperience running or redesigning a website production process (CMS, intake, review, release). Contentful preferred.\nExperience designing experiments and tying website changes to pipeline.\nExperience with evals, monitoring and guardrails for customer-facing AI.\nClear communicator with technical and non-technical teams, with experience training others on new tools. Works independently end to end.\nSpecial Sauce* (Nice to Haves)\nOn-site chat, chatbot, voice AI or personalization tools.\nLLM APIs and agent tooling (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, RAG) and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, n8n).\nAI governance: legal review, accessibility, privacy and consent.\nWeb-to-CRM lead flow: forms, enrichment, routing, attribution. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
