If you're a recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and a proven track record of success in complex high volume recruiting, we'd love to hear from you.\nNote: this is a fully remote, contract position.\nA day in the life (Responsibilities)\nDeliver on recruiting goals and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and evolving business needs.\nAttract, source, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s GTM functions, predominantly Sales.\nProactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, professional networks, and creative outreach strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.\nOwn end-to-end sourcing strategies for assigned roles, including market research, competitor mapping, targeted outreach, and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs.\nExercise sound judgment and decision-making throughout the recruitment process, balancing business needs with candidate experience.\nSkillfully navigate complex and ambiguous hiring scenarios, partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decision-making.\nBuild strong relationships with hiring managers through regular recruiting syncs, effective communication, and subject matter expertise.\nDevelop creative sourcing and recruitment solutions, adapting strategies to address talent shortages, competitive market conditions, and changing business priorities.\nLeverage sourcing data, pipeline conversion rates, and key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimise strategies, and deliver efficient and impactful hiring outcomes.\nProvide exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout the recruitment process.\nShare ideas, provide updates, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment practices.\nWhat you'll need to thrive (Requirements)\n3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of recruiting across GTM functions, preferably Field Sales roles.\nDemonstrated depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting, successfully partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various GTM functions.\nProficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions.\nExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.\nProven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.\nWhat will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves):\nExperience using Greenhouse as an ATS \nExperience scheduling with GoodTime\nExperience recruiting for sales talent at a SaaS company \nAI at Toast\nAt Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn.
