Discover Tobii Dynavox AAC solutions for people with conditions such as autism, ALS/MND and cerebral palsy. We make communication apps and AAC devices, speech generating devices, and eye trackers controlled by eye gaze, touch and switch access.

Why Join Us?

At Tobii Dynavox, we empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. We call this mission Power to Be You. Our assistive communication technology helps our customers express themselves, connect with the world, and pursue independence, whether through everyday activities like ordering food or extraordinary feats like running a company. Working at Tobii Dynavox, you’ll become part of a team that spans the globe, with offices in the US, Sweden, France, the UK, China, and beyond.

To learn more about what we make possible, meet some of our customers or take a look at some of our solutions.

As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and evolution of widely used AAC software.

This role focuses on discovering and delivering solutions that meaningfully improve outcomes for therapists, families, and AAC users worldwide.

You will be responsible for identifying the right problems to solve and enabling teams to deliver valuable outcomes, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will also contribute to the commercial success of the products, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business models.

Collaboration is central to this role: you will work closely with Design and Engineering as part of empowered product teams, with Product Managers in other areas, and with key internal partners.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product management and a strong track record of leading outcome-driven product development at scale. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving between strategic and tactical thinking, and leading through influence rather than authority. A strong product mindset, clear communication, and genuine empathy for users are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will, for example:

· Own the product vision and strategy, and work with the team to continuously refine direction based on learning and outcomes.

· Lead continuous discovery, translating user insights, data, and market understanding into opportunities worth pursuing.

· Partner with Design and Engineering to define problems, test assumptions, and validate solutions before scaling delivery.

· Define and track outcome-based metrics and KPIs, using them to guide prioritization and decision-making.

· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate ideas, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in software product management.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Strong product judgment and experience working with empowered, cross-functional teams.

· Proven ability to drive outcomes through discovery, experimentation, and iteration.

· Data-informed decision-making, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset and the courage to challenge assumptions.

· Deep understanding of what makes a product valuable, usable, and viable.

Technical Proficiency:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools.

· Familiarity with data analytics platforms and agile development environments.

Preferred Certifications:

· Product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar).

· Customer-centric or technology product design.

· Scaled Agile Frameworks or enterprise product management.

Our Values:

At Tobii Dynavox, our mission guides what we do, and our values guide us in how we do it. Across the organization, we are committed to being Collaborative, Considerate, Curious and Courageous. We build a trusting environment where every team member prioritizes our customers with empathy and insight. Bold ideas and learning lead to impactful solutions. Driven by curiosity, we continuously challenge the status quo to create meaningful, customer-focused solutions for our customers.

At Tobii Dynavox, we believe in empowering individuals - including our employees - to reach their full potential. Here’s what makes us unique:
